Our Role
Data Controller: We act as the Data Controller for your account information (name, email, billing).
Data Processor: For the files you upload to our storage nodes, we act as the Data Processor, maintaining the infrastructure that secures your data.
Lawful Basis for Processing
We process personal data only when:

It is necessary to fulfill our contract with you (providing storage services).
It is necessary for our legitimate interests (securing our network against abuse).

Data Transfers
To provide low-latency storage, we transfer data to secure enterprise clusters located in Bulgaria and Germany. We ensure these transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and high-level encryption.
Data Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach that impacts your personal information, we commit to notifying the relevant supervisory authorities and affected users within 72 hours of discovery.
