At QuixiCloud Data Storage Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide the highest quality storage and backup experience. We understand that circumstances change, and we have outlined our cancellation and refund procedures below to ensure transparency.
Users have the right to cancel their QuixiCloud subscription at any time.
How to Cancel: You may cancel through your Account Settings dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@quixicloud.com.
Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will typically retain access to your storage until the end of your current paid billing cycle, unless a refund is processed.
To maintain our competitive pricing and cover infrastructure costs (including dedicated HBA/NVMe allocations), our refund window is as follows:
Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours (1 day) of the initial transaction or renewal.
Valid Grounds: Refunds are typically granted for technical service failures on our end or accidental duplicate payments.
Non-Refundable: After the 24-hour window has passed, the payment is considered final and non-refundable.
Request: Contact our support team with your Invoice ID and the reason for the request.
Review: Our billing department will review the usage logs associated with your account.
Outcome: You will be notified of the approval or rejection via email.
Completion: Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
Services Rendered: Refunds are not available for portions of the month where the service was already used (e.g., high-bandwidth data transfers).
Discretionary Pro-Rata: For long-term plans (Annual/3-Year), pro-rata refunds for unused months may be offered at the sole discretion of the company and may be subject to a 15% administrative fee.
Abuse: If an account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., hosting illegal content or spam), all refund rights are forfeited.
QuixiCloud values your control over your finances:
Manual Management: Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings. Depending on your chosen payment gateway, your plan may not automatically renew.
Renewal Responsibility: You are responsible for manually renewing or ensuring funds are available to prevent account suspension and potential data loss.
Advance Notice: Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing date to avoid charges for the subsequent cycle.
Original Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, PayPal, etc.).
Store Credit: In some cases, users may choose to receive QuixiCloud Credits toward future upgrades instead of a cash refund.
Deductions: Refund amounts may be subject to deductions for third-party processing fees or specific resources consumed during the brief subscription period.
